INTRO TO POLE

    A must for first timers and beginners.  Here
    you    will learn a  few basic hold and spins.....
    and yes   you will be on the pole and see what
    the addiction is all about.

                                     POLE

    This is an on going class, you will learn up to
    44 different    moves over a series of classes.
    You      will learn spins, poses, transitions and
    floor work.  We will put them together to
    create  different    routines as you go while
    learning how to move in   a sultry and sexy
    way. This class  will allow you    to strengthen
    your muscles and move more    freely.  This
    class repeats often so don't miss any.

                  
CLIMB & TWIRL

This class is open to students who have
completed the intro to pole classes.  Here
we will focus on climbing the pole and
inverting.  No routine will be taught.

                        POLE FIT

    No cardio machines needed here.  In this
    class     your heart  rate will be pumping in no
    time.  Here   we will use the pole   for  
    balancing and stability   as we build and tone
    muscle. This a full body   workout.


                FEMME FLEXIBILITY

    This class will help you increase your range
    of      motion and strengthen your core.  Our
    moves are fun and sexy.  Great way to
    release stress   and get in touch with your  
    inner beauty.

                        LEAN BODY

    The body of a dancer is one of strength and a
    long lean muscles.  See how fast you
    achieve   sexy cuts in your arms and legs with
    this workout.

               GETTING FIT CHAIR STYLE

    This fun cardio workout allows you to do
    strength  training and cardio in one fast
    moving workout.

                    CHAIR DANCE

    Here you will learn a fun sexy chair dance to
    take   home.  Your dinning room chair will get
    a lot of   use.
                            
            4 WEEK POLE LIFE ROUTINE

    This is a 4 week beginner Pole class.  The
    same group of ladies will work together for a 4
    week segment, learning a complete routine.  
    (not part of monthly memberships & is to be
    paid in full at registration)
